Connect Make
Updated 2 Oct 2026
Add a Webhooks module with a Custom webhook in Make, paste its address into TenderSignal and send a test event.
Make can take every TenderSignal match, deadline reminder or change and pass it into a scenario, so it can be filed, shared or turned into a task automatically. The link between them is a webhook: Make gives you an address, and TenderSignal sends events to it.
This needs the Pro or Business plan. See Set up a webhook for how webhooks work in general.
Connect Make
In Make
- Add a Webhooks module and choose Custom webhook.
- Add a webhook and copy its address.
In TenderSignal
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Under Alerts in your tools, find the card headed Webhooks and press Connect.
- Paste the address into the Webhook URL box.
- Optionally add a name in Name (optional), such as "Make scenario".
- Under Send these events, tick the events you want to receive.
- Press Save connection.
- Press Send test event so Make can learn the data structure.
Back in Make
Once the sample has arrived, Make knows the data structure and you can use its fields in the rest of your scenario.
Which events can I send?
On Pro you can send New matches, Deadline reminders, Renewals in your sectors and Changes to watched tenders. Business accounts also see Competitor awards and Tender watched. You can change the ticked events whenever you like.
Each message names its event, so a single scenario can route different events down different paths. If you prefer separate scenarios, press Add another on the Webhooks card to create a second connection.
Check that it is working
On the Webhooks card, press Send log on your connection to see recent sends, with the result and any error detail. A connection that cannot reach Make shows Failing.
Good to know
- If you create a new webhook address in Make, add it as a new connection and Disconnect the old one.
- Use Pause on the connection to stop messages for a while, then Resume when you are ready.
- Send a fresh test event after changing your scenario, so you know the new setup works before the next real alert.
- The webhook guide lists every event with an example message, and explains how to check the signature.
