How to sign in to TenderSignal

You can sign in to TenderSignal at /login in under a minute, either with your email and password or with your Google account. Once you are in, you land on your dashboard.

Sign in with email and password

1. Go to /login.
2. Enter your Email and Password. Use the eye icon at the end of the password box to show or hide what you type.
3. Wait for the short human check to finish. The button reads "Verifying you're human…" until it is ready.
4. Select Sign in.

If you have not finished setting up your account, you are taken to onboarding. Otherwise you go straight to your Dashboard.

Sign in with Google

1. Go to /login.
2. Select Continue with Google.
3. Choose your Google account and approve the request.

You come back to TenderSignal signed in. If you do not already have an account, signing in with Google creates one for you, with your email address already marked as verified.

If you registered with an email and password and later use Continue with Google with the same email address, the two are linked and you reach the same account, with all your saved searches and watched tenders.

If you close the Google window without finishing, the sign in page tells you that Google sign-in was cancelled. If it says Google sign-in failed, try again or use your email and password instead.

If your email is not verified yet

When you create an account with an email and password, we send a verification link to your inbox. You need to open it before you can sign in with your password. If you try to sign in first, we send the link again automatically and tell you so on screen. Check your spam folder if you cannot see it. Opening the link also signs you in.

If sign in fails

• Invalid email or password: check for typos, or use Forgot your password? next to the password box. The full steps are in Reset your password.
• Your account has been locked: contact us at [email protected].
• No account yet: select Create one under the form. See Create your account.

Good to know

• If you arrive from a link in one of our emails, you are taken to the right page once you have signed in, for example the pricing page.
• To leave, open the account menu at the top right and choose Sign out.
• You can change your password at any time from Settings, under Change password.
