Description
The aim of the crrent project is to develop phased leadership and change management training programmes for certain cohorts of the Local Authority heritage professionals, such that participants will: 1. Develop influencing and advocacy skills. 4. Manage organisational change with resilience. 5. Foster peer support across professional groups. 6. Align practice with Heritage Council values and environmental sustainability.
