Soft Market Test for a digital service / app to support stop smoking attempts.

Cornwall Council is seeking to strengthen access to effective, evidence-based stop smoking support through the provision of a digital service that complements existing local stop smoking provision. A digital offer provides an opportunity to reach smokers who may not access traditional services, as well as providing additional support outside normal service hours.
