Description

The Town Council owns and manages a small green space known as Jim Shields Garden. This area is situated at the end of Billericay High Street, post code CM12 9BA. The garden is being enhanced by a redesign project and the Council is seeking tenders from professional companies/individuals who can deliver an exceptional landscaping service.
