Description

[Accessories for non endoscopic surgical open heart procedures] Off-pump coronary artery bypass or "beating heart" surgery is a form of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) performed without a cardiopulmonary bypass heart lung machine. The Heart is still beating while the new blood vessels are attached. Beating heart surgery (Off-Pump Coronary Artery Bypass or OPCAB) utilizes specific stabilization equipment rather than a cardiopulmonary bypass machine
