Description

A managed, risk-based programme of Legionella sampling and accredited analysis, hot and cold water temperature monitoring, sentinel and representative outlet checks, thermostatic mixing valve verification, cold-water storage tank inspection, water safety reporting, annual documented LRA reviews, two planned full LRA reassessments and incident advice across eight IBTS locations. This competition covers routine and reactive monitoring/advisory services; capital/remedial construction works are excluded..
