Hartlepool Borough Council (the Council) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced organisations, with the ability to provide an infant feeding peer support programme. The successful Contractor will have experience and skills in delivering infant feeding support services to help increase Hartlepool’s breastfeeding prevalence rates at 6-8 weeks and at 6 months.
