CCHA Fire Door Replacement Project 26/27

Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) wishes to procure the services of a competent

contractor to undertake the renewal of 350nr. fire doors across twenty-four of their general

needs housing blocks as part of their planned compliance programme.

All of the schemes are located in the Cumbria region, covering Cockermouth, Crosby Villa,

Flimby, Keswick, Maryport, Papcastle, Wigton & Workington

All fire door installers working on behalf of the contractor need to have completed a FireQual Fire Door Installation Course (or similar) and must be able to provide proof of certification that they have completed the course.

The contractor ideally must be an accredited member of CHAS or Construction Line or an agreed equivalent for their tenders to be accepted. The contractors must include details of their accreditation within their tender submission.
