Description

3 Year Landscape Maintenance Services Contract for areas owned by Calvay Housing Association located in Barlanark, Glasgow.

Full description

It is the Calvay Housing Associations' intention to enter into a contract with a main contractor from 1st April 2027 to 31st March 2030 to deliver their routine open space maintenance and associated reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas owned by the Association.

TUPE transfer is applicable to this contract. Cost / operative information has been submitted by the incumbent contractor and can be found within the tender documentation.
