Erection of Steel Frame at Blowing Point Basketball Court

The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) intends to apply a budgetary allocation to payments under a contract for the Erection of Steel Frame at Blowing Point Basketball Court . The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the works, as defined within the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted through a Competitive Bid procedure in keeping with the Public Procurement and Contract Administration Acts and Regulations.

A Pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday 14 th October at 3:00pm at the site of the Basketball Court in Blowing Point. Sealed bids should be received no later than Thursday 12 th November 2026 at 12:00 pm.

Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened publicly at the Ministry of Finance on Thursday 12 th November 2026 at 2:15pm. The Ministry of Infrastructure, Communication, Utilities, Housing, Information Technology and E-Government Services (MICUHITES) / GOA is not bound to accept the lowest of any bids.
