Description
Epsom & Ewell Borough Council (the Council) invites tenders for the provision of Temporary and Semi-Permanent Bespoke Modular Buildings.
The Commencement Date for the supply, installation and commissioning of the supplies is 04 January 2027 at 09:00 hours. The Contract shall continue until 31 March 2027. The Contractor shall ensure that the supply, installation and commissioning of all supplies are fully completed by 31 March 2027, with no deliveries or installation works taking place after this date unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
The Council is procuring this contract following a further competition on the YPO Framework 001230 – Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction, LOT 14 – Purchase of Bespoke Buildings.
