Kings Group Academies - GCA Lot 1 Teachers and Education Recruitment Panel

This Contract Award Notice records the establishment of a multi-supplier Call-Off Panel by King's Group Academies for the provision of comprehensive temporary, short-term, and long-term education recruitment and supply staffing services.

This panel has been established via a compliant direct award process under the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Framework Agreement RM6376: Supply Teachers and Education Recruitment (Lot 1).

A total of 24 pre-approved framework suppliers have been appointed concurrently to this panel to secure robust staffing coverage across all current and future constituent schools and academies managed by the Trust. Contracts are executed on the standard GCA framework call-off terms, ensuring full compliance with the updated Academy Trust Handbook. While all suppliers adhere to the mandated capped supplier margins and safeguarding standards, the Trust has successfully secured further commercial savings by establishing preferential, sub-cap framework pricing tiers with a proportion of the appointed panel suppliers.
