Pennington CE (C) Junior School - Creating Inclusion Space in Former Changing Room

Works to create an inclusion space from an existing standalone small building at Pennington Primary School.

• External fencing to create a smaller garden space that can be safely supervised.
• Fire exit door - replaced with new inc exit and entry furniture, vision panels and a secure door fob.
• Main entrance door to be fitted with a secure door fob.
• Lighting alterations/replacement.
• New wall and door - create two small rooms.
• Minor alterations to smoke detection/fire alarm.
• Replace some of the carpet with vinyl for messy/wet activities.
• Shelving to existing large storage cupboard to make better use of storage.
• Furniture & blinds.
• Interactive White Boards.
• Decoration/making good.
• Possibly replace kitchenette cabinets with lockable units and additional overhead storage.
• Swap raised height toilet pan for standard height and box in pipework to prevent damage.
