Single-party framework for the delivery of an NFQ Level 8 Honours Degree Programme in Management, Operations, Quality and Process Improvement (2026 to 2029), delivered part-time in a blended format

ICBE Advanced Productivity Skillnet (Irish Centre for Business Excellence CLG) invites tenders for the establishment of a single-party framework agreement with one Economic Operator for the delivery of an accredited NFQ Level 8 Honours Degree programme in Management, Operations, Quality and Process Improvement, or equivalent, delivered part-time in a blended format to employees of APS Skillnet member companies and accessible to learners nationally. The initial contract is for one intake commencing no later than 28 February 2027, with up to three intakes in total (maximum one per year). The framework will run for one year with the option to extend by 1 + 1 years (maximum 3 years).

The maximum value of the framework is EUR 198,000 excluding VAT. Full details are set out in the Request for Tender documents.
