Description
This opportunity is being procured under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Most Suitable Provider option.
The Provider is required to deliver a specialist respiratory health inclusion service embedded within North Tyneside Recovery Partnership (NTRP).
The service will provide respiratory assessment, diagnosis, treatment optimisation, smoking cessation interventions, clinical advice and onward referral for adults engaged with NTRP who are at increased risk of respiratory disease and experience barriers to accessing mainstream healthcare services.
