Description
The Council's existing BACS Bureau contract was originally awarded to AccessPay through G-Cloud in 2021 and reached the end of all available extension periods in October 2025. To secure a longer-term arrangement, a compliant G-Cloud procurement exercise was undertaken, supported by ICT, Finance and Procurement colleagues.
