Description
The scope of this procurement seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to convert the existing community centre building at Hurley Croft into new housing.
The scope of work involves full remodelling of an existing disused building. Due to its current condition, extensive works are required, including:
- Full internal strip-out of all non-structural elements, finishes, and redundant services.
- New floor build-ups, including thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Removal and reconstruction of internal partitions and construction of new external stairwells, including associated structural alterations.
- Complete replacement of mechanical and electrical services throughout.
