SCC AE Community Pharmacy Public Health Services DPS Phase 3

This tender opportunity replaces Request Reference: - RFX1000195, due to technical difficulties with the system. Surrey County Council is seeking to tender the Community Pharmacy Public Health Services provision for Surrey, under a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) containing 6 Lots. The aim of the service is to improve the health of Surrey residents and reduce health inequalities by providing services that are tailored to local health needs and improve outcomes of residents in their communities. SCC already commission Community Pharmacy Public Health services in Surrey to deliver the following services: Sexual Health

1. Emergency Hormonal Contraception (morning-after pill)

2. Chlamydia Screening and Treatment Drug Misuse services

3. Needle Exchange

4. Supervised Consumption

5. Take Home Naloxone Other

6. Health Checks in Pharmacy Pharmacies serving Surrey residents are invited to apply for any, all or any combination of the above services, which each represent a Lot in the tender. Contracts will be awarded to Pharmacies that meet the minimum criteria for each service. Please view attached DPS Guidance and Instructions for more information and how to apply. Bidders may also send any clarification questions to SCC Procurement and Commissioning teams via this portal. Please note that if you have previously been 100% successful for any of the Lots below, you do not need to reapply to the Lot in question. However, if you have failed some questions within a lot questionnaire, you will have to resubmit responses for that lot again.
