Invitation to tender through the BCC Regeneration Framework Lot 1, for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) to design a proposal for a new Greenway Route from Ballynahinch to Saintfield. The proposed Greenway will approximately follow the route of the Old Railway Line.

The project is for the provision of an ICT to deliver RIBA Stage 2 to RIBA Stage 3 services, concept design, spatial coordination design, procure and co-ordinate environmental consultant, co-ordinate & manage community consultation events, identify & engage with landowners and other key stakeholders. Lodge planning application submission, statutory approvals, monitoring planning application providing updates and any amendments required by planning.
