Supply of Design and Technology materials and equipment for use in schools.

Requirements include the supply of:

• Construction Kits
• Modelling Kits and Educational Sets
• Coding and Robotics, Educational Sets
• Badge Making Equipment
• D&T Components
• Electronics Equipment and Components
• Tool, Accessories and Furniture
• Glue Guns and Glue Sticks
• Spray Paints

Lot 1 - Construction Kits, Modelling Kits and Educational Sets, Coding and Robotics Educational Sets, Badge Making Equipment, D&T Components, Electronics Equipment and Components, Tools, Accessories and Furniture

Lot 2 - Construction Kits, Modelling Kits and Educational Sets, D&T Components, Glue Guns and Glue Sticks, Spray Paints

Goods are for delivery to ESPO, Leicester and direct to customers.

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 21 months. The total value stated includes the option period.

This framework will operate on-going contract monitoring procedures following award, to ensure financial stability requirements are maintained.

Credit rating checks will be carried out on a regular basis, using the credit rating agency, Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited.

Any changes will be assessed (compared with a baseline credit rating score obtained at contract award stage) and significant changes or sustained degradation will be investigated.

Additional information: As a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Framework Agreement is open for use by Public Bodies (defined at https://www.espo.org/amfile/file/download/file/9608/) that also fall into one of the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authorities; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; The Corporate Office of the House of Lords, The Corporate Officer of the House of Commons; or any public body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
