The provider will fulfil Calderdale Council's responsibility to provide public health funerals as in the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act of 1984, providing funerals for those deceased who have no relatives, or who do have relatives, but whose relatives are unwilling or unable to make suitable arrangements.
