Fusion21 is developing a Framework for the full provision of Building Improvement works for UK Public Sector public sector organisations to access.
Full description
The proposed Building Improvements Framework aims to deliver a range of property improvement works, predominantly, but not restricted to, properties in the social housing sector. Works are likely to include, but not limited to kitchens and bathrooms, windows and doors, roofing, damp and mould growth, insulation works, aids and adaptations, electrical works, external/environmental works and internal/external works. Additional information: Please see below the proposed lot structure based on some market intelligence that has been undertaken: Lot 1 - Kitchens and Bathrooms, Lot 2 - Windows and doors, Lot 3 - Roofing (pitched), Lot 4 - Roofing (flat), Lot 5 - Insulation works, Lot 6 - Aids and Adaptations, Lot 7 - Environmental Improvements, Lot 8 - Damp and Mould Growth and Lot 9 - Multi-Trade Improvement Works.
