Tender for maintenance works at Wellington Primary School, Herefordshire

Herefordshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to complete the maintenance works at Wellington Primary School, Herefordshire. The works comprise window, fire door, roof lights replacements and also localised roof upgrades.\r The project need was identified following a cyclical condition survey across the school estate which outlined that the current timber windows are in a state of disrepair and that some fire doors are non-compliant. Alongside this, the school has reported internal water ingress due to leaking from the failed roof lights and roof to one particular area.\r
