The contract is a call off without re-opening competition (direct award) from the Fusion 21 Consultants Framework, Lot 1 - Project Management and Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services and Lead Consultant and Lot 4 - Architectural.
Programme and final costs will be determined by the construction phase.
