The audit will concentrate on evaluating documentation, internal policies, and procedural frameworks. This audit seeks to strengthen TEC Partnership's commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management by identifying any gaps in policy, procedural clarity, or regulatory alignment within key operational areas.

Scope of Work The selected company will undertake a comprehensive review of TEC Partnership's Estates and Health & Safety teams' practices relating to the estate. This review will focus on written policies, internal procedures, risk assessments, training records, inspection logs, and compliance documentation.
