Description
Malvern Hills District Council is looking to appoint a Building Contractor for Levelling Up Funded Project at Malvern Theatre, Grange Road Malvern.
The project includes an extension and upgrade works to develop Malvern Theatres into a world-class cultural facility. The scheme is comprised off:-
- New studio theatre with retractable bleacher seating.
- New outdoor amphitheatre
- New park level flexible studio
- Upgraded dressing rooms, wardrobes and green room, including accessible dressing room, WCs and showers for both the new studio 2 and existing forum theatre
- Improved accessibility into the building and internally via upgraded Park entrance and lobby
- Upgrades to the existing forum theatre.
