Replacement of all windows on block.

Re-Rendering on Elevation C.
•
Balcony & concrete liquid applied overlay membrane along with various concrete repairs.

Renewed garage roof covering and associated fascia's, etc.

Various fire door installations.
•
Various signage installations.

Cladding Installation

Garage Door replacements.
•
New access platform in roof space.
•
Various plastering repairs.
•
Replacement of existing balustrades and handrails.
