The application is due to be determined at the May 2025 Planning Committee.
It is the intention of the Hertsmere Borough Council to tender the construction contract using the Pretium Herts, Beds and Bucks Development Services - Pretium Frameworks
The proposed construction contract to be used is the JCT 2024 Design & Build.
