Ceredigion, Food Centre Wales - Filtration Pilot Plant Equipment / Ceredigion, Canolfan Fwyd Cymru - Offer Peilot Hidlo ar gyfer Prosesu Bwyd

Ceredigion County Council on behalf of Food Centre Wales is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a complete turnkey solution for the design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and support of food-grade membrane filtration pilot plant systems.

The procurement comprises one Microfiltration and Ultrafiltration Pilot Plant, one Reverse Osmosis and Nanofiltration Pilot Plant, and one laboratory bench-top pilot plant. The systems will be used within Food Centre Wales' Innovation and Manufacturing Hub to support food and beverage product development, process optimisation, ingredient recovery, concentration, membrane screening and scale-up trials.

The equipment must provide flexible membrane filtration capability suitable for pilot-scale and laboratory-scale research and development activities, with the pilot plants capable of accommodating a range of membrane types and operating conditions relevant to food and beverage processing.

The contract includes equipment supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance testing, operator training, warranty support and the provision of all associated documentation required to place the equipment into full operational service. The proposed solution must comply with all relevant UK legislation, food hygiene and food-contact requirements, safety requirements and industry standards applicable to food processing equipment.

Mae Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, ar ran Canolfan Fwyd Cymru, yn dymuno penodi cyflenwr cymwys a phrofiadol i ddarparu datrysiad cyflawn "tro-allwedd" ar gyfer dylunio, gweithgynhyrchu, cyflenwi, dosbarthu, gosod, comisiynu a chefnogi systemau offer peilot hidlo pilenni gradd bwyd.

Mae'r caffaeliad yn cynnwys un Offer Peilot Microhidlo ac Uwchhidlo, un Offer Peilot Osmosis Gwrthdro a Nanohidlo, ac un offer peilot labordy pen bwrdd. Bydd y systemau'n cael eu defnyddio o fewn Hwb Arloesi a Gweithgynhyrchu Canolfan Fwyd Cymru i gefnogi datblygu cynhyrchion bwyd a diod, optimeiddio prosesau, adfer cynhwysion, crynodiad, sgrinio pilenni a threialon ehangu graddfa.

Rhaid i'r offer ddarparu gallu hidlo pilenni hyblyg sy'n addas ar gyfer gweithgareddau ymchwil a datblygu ar raddfa beilot ac ar raddfa labordy, gyda'r offer peilot yn gallu defnyddio ystod o fathau o bilenni ac amodau gweithredu sy'n berthnasol i brosesu bwyd a diod.

Mae'r contract yn cynnwys cyflenwi'r offer, ei ddosbarthu, ei osod, ei gomisiynu, profi derbyn, hyfforddi gweithredwyr, cymorth gwarant a darparu'r holl ddogfennaeth gysylltiedig sy'n ofynnol i roi'r offer mewn gwasanaeth gweithredol llawn. Rhaid i'r datrysiad arfaethedig gydymffurfio â'r holl ddeddfwriaeth berthnasol yn y DU, gofynion hylendid bwyd a deunyddiau mewn cysylltiad â bwyd, gofynion diogelwch a safonau'r diwydiant sy'n berthnasol i offer prosesu bwyd.
