Provision of Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections for residential housing stock to ensure compliance with statutory fire safety requirements, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021 and the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022. The contract covers inspection, assessment, reporting and related compliance activities delivered over a three-year period via a mini competition under the Fusion 21 Building Safety and Compliance Framework
