Description
The homecare service provides support to Brent residents to maximise their independence
by using a strength based approach giving the service user greater choice in who they
receive care from.
Appointing providers to a framework will supplement the patch based lead provider model
that was implemented for Homecare in 2021.
The supplemental framework is set up to allow homecare packages to be awarded by calling
off from the framework when lead providers on the main homecare contract have capacity
issues or are unable to accept the homecare packages due to complexity.
