Resilient, geographically separated supplier hosted data centre solution
Resilient, transparent connectivity with LBCS
Provide functionality that moves with the user – accessible via a laptop, desktop, tablet or smart phone;
Call logging
Call recording
SIP Trunks and Direct Routing including inter-connectivity with LBC supplied WAN infrastructure
Virtual SBCs where relevant for interconnection with Teams
Omni channel contact centre solution with IVR, reporting tools and call recording
