Description
The ‘Targeted Substance Misuse and Sexual Health Outreach Service’ has been commissioned to focus on specialist engagement within the areas of substance misuse and sexual health. It was established to target our most vulnerable residents which includes street drinkers and young people. The overall aim is strongly linked to health promotion, prevention and risk reduction such as drug overdosing and infectious diseases. It is also helps contribute to the building of local intelligence which will help shape future delivery of these services.
