The works include fitting mains-powered, interlinked smoke and heat detectors throughout all required rooms and circulation areas, installing new control equipment where applicable, and carrying out full system testing, commissioning, and certification. The installation aims to deliver comprehensive early-warning coverage, enhance resident safety, and ensure full compliance with current fire safety regulations.
