Marketing of new offices Birkenhead Commercial District

The Council wish to commission Ensemble, a branding and marketing company, to support and develop the work that is needed around the marketing and branding of the Birkenhead Commercial District and in particular the letting of office A2 which is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in September 2023. The commission will involve Ensemble developing and producing marketing brochures, developing the marketing brand, website design, designing the specification for the wayfinding for the new office buildings, developing marketing and campaign videos and other roll-out materials as the campaign develops and grows.
