Description
Cornwall Council has purchased Wayside, a property located in Carnon Downs, to support the
expansion of in-house residential children’s care provision.
This Project is the acquisition, repairs and refurbishment to provide a ‘compliant property to allow
occupation no later than Q3 26/27, allowing for Ofsted timescales prior to this’ at Wayside,
Carnon Downs. This includes surveys and condition reports, compliance works, statutory and commissioning requirements, and professional fees associated with mobilisation.
