Description
The aim is to procure a call Centre software that can be used by our in-house team to handle calls, alarms, and notifications from existing telecare devices out in the county. In line with the software, it must host a database management system that stores user profiles securely and be effectively kept up to date so call handlers have access to the most up to date information while dealing with emergencies. The system should provide the team with detailed analytics and reporting to be able to measure response times and produce operational and compliance reporting.
