Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for the construction of 27nr flats to Passiv Haus standard, including mains service connections, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Templeman House, Leedham Way, Bournemouth. Where site constraints do not allow full accreditation, Passiv Principles will be followed.
The length of the contract is 15 months.
The successful bidder will be expected to commence the works on 01 July 2023. The successful bidder will be required to ensure the works are completed by 30 September 2024.
