- The SLA from Ashton Court is an annual subscription which Commercial Training need to maintain the CRM system.
Essentially this is a payment of 0.5 days a month to update any glitches and create new workflows to help the CRM system work more efficiently.
There are updates every month with our usage everything we do not use is carried over to the next year.
