Strategic Outcomes Planning Guidance Review, Community Asset Mapping and Leisure Service Delivery Model Review Further Competition

The Council is seeking to appoint a supplier (the “Supplier”) to provide Strategic Outcomes Planning Guidance Review, Community Asset Mapping and Leisure Service Delivery Model Review. The core aim of this commission is to provide the Council with a comprehensive, independent assessment of its current and future approach to physical activity, sport, leisure and wellbeing, using Sport England’s Strategic Outcomes Planning Guidance as the primary framework.

This Further Competition process is issued via the Proactis Portal “The Chest” (www.the-chest.org.uk) and is being carried out in accordance with the Further Competition Procedure via the Sport England Active Environments Framework, Lot A – Strategic Outcomes Planning and Leisure Services Delivery and Lot B - Assessments of Need, as set out in the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015.
