Description
Hackney Council is embarking on an ambitious transformation designed to improve
resident experience, strengthen community partnerships, tackle inequality, and build a
high-performing, confident and values-led workforce. Delivering this scale of change
requires more than technical skills or policy shifts — it requires a new kind of leadership
at every level. A leadership culture that is inclusive, culturally intelligent, psychologically
safe, values-driven and capable of guiding people through uncertainty and complexity.
Above Difference proposes a Leadership Development Pilot Programme that equips
leaders, managers and officers within Strategy, Assurance & Private Sector Housing with
the mindsets, behaviours and evidence-based capabilities needed to lead effectively in
this evolving environment.
