Description
The work is 'urgent' fire safety remediation that needs progression to reduce and mitigate the risk of fire and in turn protect 'our residents' The work and associated action also ensure we meet our statutory obligations under the Regulatory Reform Fire' Safety' Order 2005 and the Building Safety Act 2022 where we are 'duty' bound to complete these work within defined timescales to reduce the risk of fire.
