Description
This is the Delivery Phase of the project. This is a key part of the project lifecycle, and sets the
foundation for successful delivery through the following activities:
- Project Management and Coordination
- Installation and commissioning of network equipment to support requirements
- Installation of new communications connection by Redcentric to include commissioning and user acceptance testing
- Installation of Wi-Fi access points
- Configure Wi-Fi connectivity to support non-corporate devices unable to authenticate via the PCC Guest Wi-Fi captive portal requiring acceptance of terms and conditions.
- Wired networked support for laptop docks in staff area
- Corporate printing with ID badge authentication for staff area
- Telephony for staff area
