Home Group Responsive, Voids and DAPA Works – Dumfries and Galloway Scotland

Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to deliver Responsive, voids and DAPA (disabled adaptions) works within the Dumfries and Galloway region of Scotland via an interfaced solution.

This contract is on a 2 year basis, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

It is envisaged that TUPE will not apply to this contract.

Home Group Scotland are looking to appoint a Contractor to deliver responsive, voids and DAPA requirements who are already established within the Dumfries and Galloway region.

This contract will be on a 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

The estimated value of this contract (including extension period) is 3 million pounds excluding VAT.
