The Senior Coroner has highlighted the necessity to appoint Solicitors to Inquest to provide dedicated support with case management and preparation, these appointments are likely to span several years.
The Government Commercial Agency, Public Sector Legal Services RM6240 framework, Lot 1a, was identified as the most viable framework for this procurement and a mini competition has been undertaken to secure best value.
