The Learning Management System, is the Council's system for the delivery of staff training.
The system provides an access point to Learning and Development within the organisation:
The system will provide:
- E-learning courses
- Facilitates the booking of face to face courses
- Facilitates the booking of live online events
- Provides access to mandatory compliance training
- Provides structured programmes of learning including Managing into the Future and the Competency Framework for Statutory Responsibilities
- Hosts the Kent Academy for the Adults and Children's Workforce
- Provides management information tools that enable the reporting of compliance across a range of agendas including mandatory training and CQC requirements.
The Contract term is for 2 years with no extension available.
