Description

LBC are procuring marketing and creative agency support services on behalf of Luton Rising. Luton Rising is seeking a creative agency partner to support the development and implementation of its brand identity and wider communications.

The organisation requires a partner with strong strategic and creative capability to help evolve its visual and verbal identity, produce a flexible suite of assets, and support the ongoing development of its website. The work should reflect Luton Rising’s community purpose, commercial ambition and commitment to positive impact.

A Market Engagement Event will take place in Luton on 1st October 2026. This event is being led by Luton Rising with Luton Council's support. There will be a presentation on our requirement and an opportunity for information to be shared. The Tender opportunity will be conducted via Luton Council's procurement portal ProActis.
