#45652 - Virtual Accessibility Tours

Network Rail is seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver an end-to-end Virtual Accessibility Tours service across a baseline portfolio of 250 railway stations throughout Great Britain.

The requirement includes station surveys and LiDAR scanning, the creation and publication of accessible interactive virtual tours and associated digital assets, upload of approved datasets to Network Rail’s NavVis IVION environment, and ongoing support, maintenance and content updates. The contract also includes provision for additional services where future requirements and funding arise.

This procurement is being conducted under the Procurement Act 2023 using the Competitive Flexible Procedure. Suppliers must submit their Qualification, Technical and Commercial responses through the Bravo Portal in accordance with the procurement documentation and stated timetable.
