Full description

E-books (title, package, or EBA level) purchased via an aggregator but made available via a third-party platform, to participating consortia member libraries. Participating consortia are SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF, and Academic Libraries North. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015
